Typical overnight shifts range between 8–12 hours, commonly from:
10PM – 6 AM (most popular)
9PM – 6AM
8 PM – 7 AM
7PM – 7AM

Yes. We gently encourage age-appropriate sleep routines and calming nighttime practices while always respecting the baby’s developmental stage and parenting preferences.
Absolutely. Harmony Baby Whisperers supports breastfeeding journeys with gentle overnight assistance. We can bring baby to you for feedings, assist with pumping routines, store breastmilk properly, and help create a calm nighttime environment so you can maximize rest.
We recommend booking during your second or third trimester to secure availability. However, we also accommodate last-minute and postpartum requests whenever possible
